The Codemonkey Alchemist

Finally got my copy of my first published Nintendo DS Game: Fullmetal Alchemist Trading Card Game for the DS. Worked my ass of (as usual) to get this baby done, but it came out quite wel and I’m relieved to actually receive the finished product.

FMA TCG DS

Plus, it’s not a cell phone or a casual game, it’s an actual console game with a geeky market! Something some serious gamers might actually play! Yay!

  1. Nice bike!
If i didn’t give me DS to my little sister, I would put this near the top of my shopping list.

    Congrats.

  2. “Nice bike!” What bike?

Well you can always get it for your sister, then just “borrow” her DS and the game every now and then. :)

It’s a pretty decent game, and the card game it is a port of is very good. The TCG is extremely complicated, but I think it is well refined and works great. It was hell to program because almost every card breaks the rules or an assumption about the game…
