Well I think I’ll have to thank Steven for updating my blog’s databse.  I’ve been meaning to do that for a while, and I got like three or four revisions behind.  Thanks Steve!

Guitar Legends Magazine put out a special edition this month dedicated to Metallica.  Despite the pricey $10 price tag, I picked it up.  I enjoy reading guitar magazines, because I do play, and when they devote an entire magazine to a band I like alot, it’s an instant must-have for me.  Last time I found one of these was when Revolver devoted an entire issue to Tool.  Best magazine I ever purchased.

That and I got me a “hard” hot-pink guitar pick.  Nothing like thrashing out some metal with a hot-pink pick! Woo hoo!

Well, I am trying to get back into player Dungeons & Dragons.  I am expereince with both 1st and 2nd AD&D, and played some 3rd, but it’s been years.  So all I want is the 3.5 books to re-read while commuiting and get up to speed.  But, think I can find them?  No way in hell!  And I am not paying $30 + $12 shipping on ebay for the damn things!  Sheesh!

So, I’m just gonna use 3.0 for now, unless someone knws a damn good reason to learn 4.0.  I am DMing and don’t feel like learning a whole new version, just to teach some newbies.  I only need a refresher on 3.0.

It’s tuesday, and while I am back to work, I got to sleep in till 9am, and show up at 2pm.  Had to babysit the kids, but it was all good.  Also, managed to final get some stuff worked out with the judicial system.  Horray for 8 months of runarrounds just for one decision!  Yay, complicated!!!

I know this is a little late, but I’ve been too busy to make an entire section for it.

My one coworker was out of town for all of december, so before the Christmas break, we decided to get him a gift.

I have plent of images of the whole rapping process, because we wrapped everything on his desk.  Each pen, penil, CD, etc.  Yet, it’s still half covered!

Managed to miss yesterday’s posting!  Was busy working on modding Fallout 3, and apparently it is quite hard to make a custom item!  Good to know…but haven’t got much progress yet.

I’m back to work tomorrow, and my sleep schedule is absolute out of whack still.  Stupid sleeping in for two weeks, gonna be hard to break because I have to be in early tomorrow.  One, to beat the damn commuter rush from all the damn snow!   And two…well that’s a surprise I’ll detail tomorrow.

It’s amazing how sometimes, things happen that you really want to discuss, blather about, spew forth verbally and nit pick, but you can’t.  They are just too personal, things that you just can’t share with others, but can’t keep inside.  It’s a weird mix, and I find myself a bit conflicted on it all.  But I’m sure things will work out fine.

Three months later, I am still playing Fallout 3.  While I have only “officially” logged 25 hours with my first character, it’s probably been more like 30 - 35.  I like to do things the right way the first time, so I often re-do parts of RPG-esque games a couple of times, to get just the right answer out of the situation.  Plus, it’s fun to play with all the options the first time around, without reprecusion.

Also, the Fallout 3 Editor, G.E.C.K., has been released!  I am extremely happy about this because I enjoyed both adding and making mods for Morrowind.  (Never got far into Oblivion, although I may try to one day.)  Even better, it is an updated version of the Morrowind/Oblivion editor, so I already know how to use most of it.  I am planning on making a few small mods in the future, but no ideas exactly what yet.  Will have to see how far it gets.

Also been wartching alot of movies lately.  Not normal, but most of them were pretty good!  The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is actually rather good, but very slow and a bit long.  Definentally a good date movie.

I’m pretty sure that absolutely no one reads this blog for any logical reason, mainly because it is so damn dead!  This year I’m planning to change that, and am starting today by trying to write something daily.  We’ll see how it goes.
